Law of the Arts est une association de droit suisse à but non lucratif fondée en 2026 par Alec Pouponnot, Alix Goetz, Lola Costes, Mallorie Ashton-Lomax, Nawel Augsburger et Solène Hababou. Elle se présente comme une plateforme éditoriale dédiée à l’analyse des interactions entre le droit et le monde de l’art. 

L’association publie des commentaires juridiques concis portant sur l’actualité du droit de l’art. 

Rédigées par des auteurs aux profils variés, les contributions couvrent notamment la propriété intellectuelle, le marché de l’art, la provenance et l’authenticité des œuvres, la restitution des biens culturels, la protection du patrimoine, ou encore les enjeux de conformité, de fiscalité et de numérique. Elles s’adressent aux juristes, aux professionnels du marché de l’art et, plus largement, à toute personne intéressée par ces thématiques.

The association publishes brief legal commentaries on current developments in art law.

Written by authors from a wide range of backgrounds, the contributions cover topics including intellectual property, the art market, the provenance and authenticity of works, the restitution of cultural property, heritage protection, as well as issues relating to compliance, taxation and digital technology. They are aimed at lawyers, art market professionals and, more broadly, anyone interested in these topics.
